Beyond Broadsea, the Greater World is host to vile, grotesque, abominable creatures both large and small, who strive to wreak havoc and murder against mortals. Here are the most well-known ones.
Note: These are artists renditions of what these vile entities might look like. No one knows for certain how they appear.
The Black Witch of El-Karis - A fearsome figure even during the God-Emperor's reign, the Black Witch was one of the God-Emperor's many trusted spies, and was likely his lover as well. It is in her meddling of the dark magics of El-Karis that she birthed the hags, disgusting spellcaster women who delight in the torture of others.
Ozvegoth, the Entropic Dragon - In the northwest of the Greater World, an unnamed land was dissolved into nothing when Ozvegoth besieged it, breathing his discordant breath upon the land. Once a trusted adviser to the God-Emperor, Ozvegoth left the ruler's side following a long-lost disagreement that nearly saw them battle one another.
The Rockbringer - While the God-Emperor reigned over all the world, deep below ground the entities of the Underdark lived in relative peace and prosperity, with the God-Emperor's influence barely touching their everyday lives. This would come to a quick end, however; after the God-Emperor's death, the loathsome Rockbringer, an entity of pure earth and stone, arose from the depths to belch gravel and dirt into the cavernous realms, filling the holes of the Underdark and rendering it nearly inhospitable.
Rykkelm, the Seaflower - The legend is that arcane meddling in the realm of Gauldia created the noxious Rykkelm, whose slow spread across the Gauldius Sea was hindered for eons by the God-Emperor. Now, it lies unchecked at the bottom of the sea, which grows grayer and more stagnant. The people of Bellerost sail throughout the sea to cut away as many of the plant as they can, but it will never be enough.
The Sin Gorger - It is unknown who or what shackled the Sin Gorger to the Angelic Ring, or even where it exists. And this is for good reason; the Sin Gorger remains the only known entity to remain captured following the death of the God-Emperor, which must mean that releasing it would be extremely bad. It is known for its propensity to "eat" sins—and everyone has sinned in its eyes.
